Q. How does the shipment of each carton separately effect the time of arrival?
A. Though your entire order is shipped out on the same day, because each carton is packaged separately, there may be more than one arrival day but within the 2 to 4 time period.
Q. Why aren't all the cartons shipped together in one package?
A. Each carton is shipped separately so that the value and weight of each package does not exceed the international guidelines.
Q. Can you guarantee that I will not be subjected to duty tax?
A. It is very unlikely (especially in the U.S.) that you will be subjected to duty tax; however there may be cases in some countries that the international postal regulations and standards do not apply.
Q. If I am charged duty tax and reject the package, will I immediately receive a refund?
A. We will reimburse you for the entire order amount when the package has been returned and received in our warehouse.

A. The card ID (as shown in the pictures below) is a 3 digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit card. The card ID protects you from online fraud by verifying that you are in possession of the card you are attempting to use.
